{"id":1666,"date":"2016-11-11T17:06:16","date_gmt":"2016-11-11T17:06:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.holytransaction.com\/?p=1666"},"modified":"2022-01-25T20:45:45","modified_gmt":"2022-01-25T18:45:45","slug":"deutsche-bank-blockchain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holytransaction.com\/blog\/2016\/11\/deutsche-bank-blockchain.html","title":{"rendered":"Deutsche Bank Blockchain: report and results"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to a new <strong>Deutsche Bank<\/strong> <strong>Blockchain report<\/strong> three out of four capital markets participants believe that distributed ledger will be used by everyone and everywhere in the world by the end of 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conducted by Deutsche Bank, this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.db.com\/newsroom_news\/Deutsche_Bank_Investor_Report.pdf\">report<\/a>\u00a0about the blockchain wanted to explore why financial institutional, investors, banks, financial sponsors and broker-dealers are working or studying the distributed ledger and how they want to implement it into their business strategy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The survey includes 200 market participants<\/strong>, and 87% believes it is likely to have an impact on securities services.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, 75% of partecipants think that distributed technologies will be widely used within the next 3 or 6 years; and the report authors believe that this is a <strong>surprising degree of certainty<\/strong> about the blockchain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Deutsche Bank&#8217;s head of Custody and Clearing, Deborah Thompson<\/strong>, explained in the report:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;Respondents were clearly positive about the potential impact of blockchain \u2014 almost all participants saw it as either moderately or completely disruptive to existing business models \u2014 and an overwhelming majority believe it will be actively used within the next six years.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Also, the greatest part of report respondents think that the<strong> technology will help firms to reduce costs<\/strong>; and almost half (48%) said they believe that the <a href=\"https:\/\/holytransaction.com\/page\/Elektronische-Geldb%C3%B6rse-Kryptow%C3%A4hrung-online-auf-Deutsch-kostenlos-universell-registrieren\">blockchain<\/a> could solve systems failures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Earlier this year, Deutsche Bank has already demonstrated how it is interested in the blockchain. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/holytransaction.com\/blog\/2015\/09\/deutsche-bank-is-bringing-blockchain-to-germany.html\">Click here to read more<\/a> about Deutsche Bank Blockchain research and tests.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-610 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/holytransaction.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/tempo_e_dinheiro-239x300.jpg\" alt=\"&lt;img src=\" width=\"350\" height=\"264\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Open your free digital wallet <a href=\"https:\/\/holytransaction.com\/app#!\/signup\">here<\/a> to store your cryptocurrencies in a safe place.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to a new Deutsche Bank Blockchain report three out of four capital markets participants believe that distributed ledger will be used by everyone and everywhere in the world by the end of 2022.
