{"id":1600,"date":"2016-10-20T15:12:05","date_gmt":"2016-10-20T15:12:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.holytransaction.com\/?p=1600"},"modified":"2016-10-20T15:12:05","modified_gmt":"2016-10-20T15:12:05","slug":"blockchain-insurance-new-project-europe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holytransaction.com\/blog\/2016\/10\/blockchain-insurance-new-project-europe.html","title":{"rendered":"Blockchain Insurance: applications for insures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Five major <strong>European companies<\/strong> will work on a <strong>blockchain insurance project<\/strong> to provide faster and safer services to their clients.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.allianz.com\/en\/press\/news\/commitment\/sponsorship\/161018-insurers-and-reinsurers-launch-blockchain-initiative-b3i\/\" target=\"_blank\">This project<\/a>, called the <strong>Blockchain Insurance Industry Initiative<\/strong> (B3I), has the goal of testing use cases that could help the insurance sector.<\/p>\n<p>To do so, in fact, <strong>Allianz, Aegon, Munich Re, Swiss Re and Zurich<\/strong>, or the biggest companies of this field, are working to provide a meeting ground to exchange ideas with this objective: improving the insurance service and creating a new method of doing business.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe want to be at the heart of these developments and see Blockchain as one of those potential catalysts for change.
